Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using PhoneBelo at https://phonebelo.com (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

PhoneBelo provides cloud Android instance management, browser-based viewing/control, proxy configuration tools, usage visibility, and related APIs. Features may change, and some capabilities (for example streaming technology or in-device networking) may have known limitations published in our product materials.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, or abuse of third parties.
  • Probe, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure beyond normal use.
  • Attempt to access other customers’ data or instances.
  • Circumvent quotas, authentication, or security controls.
  • Resell the Service without our written permission.
  • Upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights.

5. Quotas & plans

Instance, concurrency, and viewer limits may apply. Free and paid tiers (when offered) are described on the Pricing page or in a separate order. We may change quotas with notice when commercially reasonable. Self-serve billing may not be available; custom plans may be arranged offline.

6. Your content & workloads

You retain rights to software, data, and configurations you place on instances. You grant us a limited license to host and process that material solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for compliance with app store, network, and third-party terms that apply to your workloads.

7. Intellectual property

The PhoneBelo name, branding, software, and documentation remain our property (or our licensors’). These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service.

8. Third-party services

Proxy providers and other integrations you connect are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that instances will meet every use case.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHONEBELO AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify PhoneBelo against claims arising from your workloads, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

12. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, non-payment (when applicable), or risk to the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive will survive.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of phonebelo.com, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, except where prohibited.
